New pool tables traditional - prior to delivery and installation:                       

for a period of 3 days after the date of your purchase, your deposit payment or payment in full, will be refunded in full if a refund is requested. If a refund is requested after 3 days from the date of your purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00. All refund request must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions. 


New pool tables traditional - after delivered and installed:

we do not offer refunds for any pool table after it has been installed, and accepted as satisfactory on the day of your pool table delivery. however, if there is a defective item, please review your warranty options here. 


New Pool tables Custom:  There are no refunds on custom made pool tables after 24 hours of purchase date. there are no exceptions.







Preowned pool tables - after delivery:

We do not offer any refunds on any pre-owned pool table after it has been installed and accepted as satisfactory on the day of delivery. In other words, should you have any issues with your preowned pool table, you would want to let us know at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions.


Preowned pool tables - prior to delivery:

for the first 7 days after the date of your purchase, your deposit payment or payment in full will be refunded in full if requested. if a refund is requested after 7 days of the date of your purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00 subtracted from your payment and only a partial refund will be given. All request for a refund must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions. 

Moving, Repair services: 

if you've paid for your moving or repair services in advance, you may request a refund up 24 hours before the service date. As long as we've been given 24 hours notice we will issue a full refund. 

There are no refunds on the service date or after your service has been completed.
