New pool tables traditional - prior to delivery and installation:                       

for a period of 3 days after the date of purchase your deposit payment or payment in full, will be refunded in full, if a refund is requested. If a refund is requested after 3 days from the date of purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00. All refund request must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions. 


New pool tables traditional - after delivered and installed:

for a period of 14 days from the date a new traditional pool table has been installed, we will offer a partial refund. We can only offer this refund after your pool table has been returned to our warehouse location,with no damage, or our installers can pick up for a fee. The fee to pick up will depend on your location. There will then be a restocking fee of $499.00 taken from the total sale, and a partial refund will be given. You are responsible for all shipping cost to return your pool table. All request for a refund must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions. 


New Pool tables Custom:  There are no refunds on custom made pool tables after 24 hours of purchase date. there are no exceptions.


Preowned pool tables - after delivery:

We do not offer any refunds on pre-owned pool tables after installed and left in satisfactory condition on the day of delivery. In other words, should you have any issues with your preowned pool table, you would want to let us know upon delivery.

There are no exceptions.


Preowned pool tables - prior to delivery:

for the first 7 days after the date of purchase, your deposit payment or payment in full will be refunded in full if requested. if a refund is requested after 7 days of the date of purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00 subtracted from your payment and only a partial refund will be given. All request for a refund must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions. 

Moving, Repair services including: 

if you've paid for your moving or repair services in advance, you may request a refund 24 hours before the service date. As long as we've been given 24 hours notice we will issue a full refund. 

There are no refunds on the service date or after your service has been completed.
