Warranty- New Pool Tables

New Pool Tables Traditional or custom :

pre-delivery every new pool table is inspected however, should you notice any defects, please notify your installers on the day of delivery and indicate issue on your invoice. items will be determined defective after inspection by one of our installers. If an item is defective, there will be no charge to the customer for that item. We will not be required to replace the entire pool table because of one defective item, only the defective item. there will be no labor cost to replace a defective item for 90 days after your purchase date. 

warranty exclusions:

this warranty does not apply to pool tables set up in an institutional or commercial setting. warranty does not cover any wear and tear items i.e. felt, ball set, pockets and bumpers, dings, dents or scratches. Warranty does not apply to natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes or accidents. warranty is non-transferable, original purchaser must possess original receipt.

new Pool tables installed outdoors:

1 year warranty on the slate only for pool tables installed outdoors. This does not include any damage caused to the slate while the pool table was being moved fully assembled or any natural disasters.

Preowned Pool tables: 

all of our preowned pool tables are sold in excellent like new condition, however they are not brand new.

Our preowned pool tables are sold as is and all sales are final. if you should have any issues with the quality of one of our pre-owned pool tables, please let us know at the time of delivery.
